“Healthy Habits for Kids” is designed for children five and up and their parents. Let us provide you with ideas for creating a positive food environment to offer your kids the best gift you can give them—healthy habits for a lifetime! And weight issues are sensitively addressed by our skilled dietitians.

HEALTHY HABITS FOR KIDS PACKAGE
Ages 5-13, Cooper Clinic Dallas

A six-session program emphasizing food, fun and fitness:

  • A one-hour introductory visit with parents and registered dietitian
    • Review child’s computerized diet analysis of three-day food record
    • Brainstorming session on the family’s eating habits
  • A one-hour consultation with parents, child and registered dietitian
    • Develop a personalized action plan for your child
    • Increase your child’s positive relationship with food with healthy meal ideas and portion management
    • Motivate your child to become more active
  • Four follow-up sessions designed to fit your child’s nutritional needs, 30 minutes each

INDIVIDUALIZED NUTRITION CONSULTATIONS
