Private Pilates Sessions Get to the Core
Pilates training is for everyone—men and women, young and old, fit and unfit. This technique works the body’s core muscles in the abdomen and back, where all movement originates.
Through concentration and precision, focus on placement and alignment, breathing patterns to coordinate body and mind and exercises that strengthen and stabilize the core muscles of the body, Pilates can:
- Increase strength, flexibility and range of motion
- Improve coordination and posture
- Enhance control, grace and body awareness
- Increase vitality, stamina and endurance
- Improve circulation
- Prevent injuries and back pain
Led by certified Pilates instructors, private sessions include exercises on Pilates equipment such as the Reformer, Cadillac and Chair as well as matwork exercises on the floor. Specialized pre-natal Pilates sessions are also offered.
Exercise your core in one of our private or small group (2-4 people) sessions.
Pricing varies by instructor. The minimum rates are:
- Private: $105/hour
- Duo: $75/hour/person
- Trio: $65/hour/person
- Quartet: $55/hour/person

SMALL GROUP PILATES CLASSES
Drop in for a small group workout that gets to the core.
In Cooper Fitness Center’s Group Pilates Classes, get all the benefits of Pilates training without the commitment of weekly private Pilates sessions.
The hour-long Reformer and Tower Classes incorporate exercises on Pilates equipment including the Reformer, Tower, Cadillac, Barrel and Chair and Pilates matwork on the floor. Each workout varies by class.
- Mondays, 12:15 p.m.
- Tuesdays, 5:45 p.m.
- Wednesdays, 12:15 p.m.
- Thursdays, 5:45 p.m.
- Fridays, 12:15 p.m.
- Mondays, 5:45 p.m.
- Tuesdays, 12:15 p.m.
- Wednesdays, 5:45 p.m.
- Thursdays, 12:15 p.m.
- Small group classes—limited to 4 people
- Cooper Fitness Center Members: $35/class
- Non-members: $45/class

Registration opens four weeks in advanced of each class. The class fee is non-refundable. If space is available, you may attend a class without pre-registering. Payment will be due at the class.
