Fitness-Focused Programs


Personal Training Sessions
In one-on-one sessions, a certified personal trainer designs a cardiovascular and/or weight-training program based on participant needs, goals, and physical abilities. The goal is to improve fitness in a safe and effective progression.

All Cooper Fitness Center's trainers are degreed in kinesiology or exercise science, are certified, and have five-plus years of personal training experience.

Session fees range from $50 to $80 per hour.

Fitness Center Memberships
If you prefer a self-paced approach to weight loss, individual, family, and corporate fitness center memberships are available. Membership includes access to state-of-the-art cardio and weight-training equipment, group exercise classes including yoga and Pilates, indoor and outdoor walking/jogging tracks, swimming pools, and much more. Cooper Fitness Center has two locations – in Dallas on Preston Road and in McKinney at Craig Ranch.
