Youth Camp

AGES 8-12
Youth campers have non-stop fun with activities that combine the best in sports, fitness, and fun games. Activities include traditional sports such as swimming, tennis (afternoons only), soccer, basketball, and volleyball. Other activities may include non-traditional games such as blob tag, pillo pollo, capture the flag, kick the can, kickball, dodge ball, and Olympic-style relays. And new to camp this year is yoga/Pilates classes.

Fitness activities include martial arts, aerobics, daily stretching, fitness talks, and weekly nutrition sessions with a Cooper Clinic dietitian. Also, campers have the opportunity to participate in cooperative, team-building activities. Campers will learn the importance of an active, healthy lifestyle, while having fun in the process.
