Registered Dietitian Nutritionist
Gillian White is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist at Cooper Clinic. She is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and participates in the Medical Nutrition and Dietitians in Gluten Intolerance Diseases practice group. Gillian is a Certified Nutrition Support Clinician (CNSC); she specializes in nutrition support and has a strong background in clinical nutrition. Since joining Cooper Clinic in 2015, Gillian has focused on developing services related to gastrointestinal nutrition.
Hailing from West Texas, Gillian graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences and Dietetics and completed her Dietetic Internship with Baptist Health Systems in San Antonio. She practiced at Baptist Medical Center in San Antonio as a clinical dietitian where she gained vast experience, from neo-natal nutrition to adult gastrointestinal disorders. Gillian has a keen interest in helping others optimize nutrition and regain their independence and quality of life in the face of chronic gastrointestinal conditions.
Gillian enjoys spending time with family, helping her parents on the family ranch, running, traveling and reading Jane Austen.
