Dr. Blake Bolin is a Preventive Medicine Physician at Cooper Clinic. He received his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Baylor University before completing his Doctor of Medicine from UT Southwestern in Dallas, Texas. Dr. Bolin completed his residency at Riverside Family Practice in Newport News, Virginia, where he was elected Chief Resident. He is board certified in Family Medicine.
Before joining Cooper Clinic, Dr. Bolin practiced as an independent family physician in Plano and Frisco with privileges at Texas Health Resources. He has served in numerous leadership positions throughout his career including Clinical Assistant Professor of Family and Community Medicine at UT Southwestern for more than a decade. Dr. Bolin is a diplomat of the American Board of Family Medicine and a fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians.
In his free time, Dr. Bolin enjoys volunteering in his community as well as running, hiking, traveling and spending time at his ranch.
