Living with heart disease? We have an individualized program for you.

At Cooper, we have proven exercise and lifestyle modification play an important role in managing chronic disease. Our new Cooper® Tracks Cardiovascular program provides the guidance and support needed to help participants begin exercising, increase confidence and develop habits to live healthier to help manage their heart disease.

Cooper Tracks Cardiovascular is an eight-week program featuring:

  • Two small group exercise/education sessions per week

  • Individualized exercise in a group setting

  • Comprehensive health education on topics related to chronic disease, nutrition, healthy lifestyle and stress management

  • Pre-and post-program health assessments

  • Social support and accountability

  • Exercise tracking tools

Cooper Tracks Cardiovascular is ideal for individuals who:

  • Have been diagnosed with stable cardiovascular disease
  • Completed cardiac rehabilitation or do not qualify for cardiac rehabilitation
  • Have been diagnosed with cardiovascular risk factors

Class Details

Mondays & Thursdays, 2-3 p.m.
$780 (8 weeks; 16 classes)

Cooper Tracks is led by Professional Fitness Trainer Clayton Fredrickson, PT, DPT, who has more than 20 years of personal training experience as well as physical therapy experience. He has an advanced professional training certificate in cancer recovery and his areas of specialty include corrective exercise, functional exercise and post-rehabilitation exercise.
