Cooper Fitness Center is now open at 75% capacity in accordance with state and local guidelines. Regular hours:

  • Monday-Friday: 5 a.m.-9:30 p.m.
  • Saturday: 5:30 a.m.-8:30 p.m.
  • Sunday: 11 a.m.-7 p.m.

In addition to the preventive measures we have already taken and in the event of a known COVID-19 exposure, Cooper Aerobics Center follows the guidelines set by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the state of Texas.

Preparing for Summer Camp

To help you prepare for Cooper Fitness Center's Fit & Fun Day Camp, complete the following checklist of forms to complete, pre-camp health screening requirements, items to bring and more.
 

NOW

  • Log in to your Family Account

    • Ensure you are registered for your desired week(s) of camp
    • Ensure you have registered for any add-on options you may need—Extended Care and/or Splash Camp for Kids Campers
    • Update your Family Account as needed


14 DAYS PRIOR TO CAMP

  • Begin monitoring your child for any illnesses or symptoms


7 DAYS PRIOR TO CAMP

  • Begin completing the Pre-camp Health Form in your Family Account
    • Record your child's temperature each day this week
       
  • Print and complete the camp carpool release form
     
  • Ensure your camper has a mask to wear at camp; we recommend a neck gaiter
     
  • Purchase sunscreen, snacks and water bottle
     
  • Check your email for our Camp Welcome Letter
    • Review carpool procedures
    • Review the list of items to bring and what not bring
       
  • Review summer camp map
     
  • Review camp health and safety guidelines and begin talking with your child about them
     
  • Print and review Cedars Woodfire Grill lunch order form
     
  • Should you need to reschedule or cancel camp, today (the Monday prior to camp beginning) is the final day to do so—email Riley Uhl, Camp and Youth Programs Manager


DAY PRIOR TO CAMP

  • Record your child's final temperature and bring it with you to camp drop-off
     
  • Complete Cedars Woodfire Grill lunch order form
     
  • Pack your child's bag with: water bottle, sunscreen, change of clothes, swimsuit (if needed), towel, snacks and lunch or Cedars lunch order form and carpool release form (if needed)
     
  • Review summer camp map
     
  • Get excited!


DAY OF CAMP

  • Apply sunscreen
     
  • Youth Campers should wear their swimsuit to camp
     
  • Bring bag and lunch or Cedars lunch order form
     
  • Display camp carpool sign in the passenger side of the windshield
     
  • Carpool procedure
    • Everyone in the car who is 2 years and older must wear a mask
    • Stay in your car
    • Answer health screening questions upon arrival each day
    • Your child's temperature taken daily
    • Give your child's completed health form to the counselor
       
  • Have fun!
