Be the Hit of the Party With Our Spinach and Artichoke Dip Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 (10 oz.) box frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained
  • 1 can chopped artichoke hearts
  • 1 cup fat-free mayonnaise
  • 1 cup low-fat grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. 
  2. Combine ingredients and pour into a baking dish.
  3. Bake until bubbly and serve with whole grain crackers or cut up vegetables.
