Moist and Delicious Low-Calorie Blueberry Bran Breakfast Muffins

Ingredients:
- 1 cup bran
- 3/4 cup white wheat flour
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 2 egg whites
- 1/4 cup applesauce
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425.
- Mix dry ingredients. Stir in liquid ingredients just until moistened.
- Spoon in to sprayed muffin pan.
- Bake at 425 for 15-20 minutes.
