Greek Yogurt Adds Protein to This Performance Pancakes Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt

1 cup low-fat or fat-free cottage cheese (small curd)

3 eggs or six egg whites

1 tsp. vanilla

½ cup all-purpose flour

½ cup oats
-
1/3 cup wholewheat flour

1 Tbsp. sugar

1 Tbsp. cinnamon

¼ tsp. salt
Directions

Mix the wet ingredients together.

Stir in the flours, oats, sugar, cinnamon and salt.

Spray a skillet with non-stick spray.

Use medium heat.

Pour batter and cook for approximately two to three minutes.

Flip to cook other side!
