- 1 piece Dave’s Killer Bread (21 whole grain), toasted
- ¼ fresh avocado or 2.5oz Chunky Guacamole ( GoodFoods brand is excellent)
- 2 cooked egg whites, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Spread avocado slices or guacamole onto toast.
- Place sliced egg whites on top of avocado.
- Season to taste.
