Ingredients

  • 1 piece Dave’s Killer Bread (21 whole grain), toasted
  • ¼ fresh avocado or 2.5oz Chunky Guacamole ( GoodFoods brand is excellent)
  • 2 cooked egg whites, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • Spread avocado slices or guacamole onto toast.
  • Place sliced egg whites on top of avocado.
  • Season to taste.
