Key Lime Sauce with Fresh Berries Recipe

  • 8 oz. fat-free cream cheese
  • 5 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • 2 tsp. fresh lime rind (or to taste)
  • 1-14 oz. can fat-free Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 3 cups fresh berries (raspberries, blackberries, blueberries)
  • Fresh mint as garnish


  1. Place first 4 ingredients into a food processor. Process until very smooth and refrigerate sauce until ready to use.
  2. Place 1/2 cup of berries in each dessert glass and top with 1 Tbsp sauce. Garnish with fresh mint. Freeze remaining sauce in ice cube trays and defrost in refrigerator as needed.
