Healthy Curried Chicken Wrap with Diced Celery and Onions

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cooked chicken (pre-cooked such as rotisserie works great)
- 1/4 cup celery, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup red pepper, diced
- 1 small apple, diced
- 2 Tbsp. raisins
- 2 Tbsp. almonds
- 1/4 cup low-fat mayo
- 1/4 tsp. curry powder
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 4 whole wheat tortillas
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except for tortillas.
- Divide mixture among the four tortillas.
- Wrap and serve!
