Romanoff Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup light sour cream
  • 1 tsp. vanilla powder
  • 2 single serving Splenda packets
  • 1 Tbsp. powdered sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/2 light Cool Whip
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 Tbsp. Cognac
  • Cinnamon to taste

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Using a rubber spatula, fold Cool Whip carefully until well blended.
  3. Refrigerate immediately.

Tip: Serve with fresh strawberries or Pineapple Angel Food Cake.
