Simple Salmon and Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 lb. salmon filets (bones removed)
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Line a sheet pan with heavy duty foil. Remove filet from refrigerator and place skin side down on foil.
- Spread Dijon mustard evenly on filet and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Let salmon rest at room temperature for approximately 30 minutes.
- Bake for 10 minutes per inch or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees.
- Cut into four pieces and serve with Simple Salmon Sauce (recipe below).

Simple Salmon Sauce
Ingredients
- ¼ cup light mayonnaise
- ¼ cup Fage® 0% Greek yogurt (or light sour cream)
- 1 Tbsp. ketchup
- 1 Tbsp. horseradish
- 4 drops Tabasco® sauce
- 1 ½ tsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. fresh dill, minced
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together in a medium-sized bowl.
- Chill until ready to serve.
