Lemon Tahini Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp. kosher salt 
  • 1 garlic clove, minced 
  • 2 Tbsp. water

Directions

  1. In a small bowl add the first six ingredients and whisk until combined. 
  2. Add the water and mix until smooth and glossy.
  3. Serve with your favorite salad. Refrigerate up to one week.
