Tangy and Sweet Low-Calorie Rice Wine Vinaigrette Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1/4 c rice wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp water
- 3 pkg. Splenda
- 1 Tbsp. garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. dried parsley
- 1 Tbsp Good Season's Dry Italian Dressing Mix (1/2 of package)
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- Pepper (to taste)
Directions:
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
- Blend well.
- Refrigerate until needed.
- Whisk before serving.
- Make your favorite salad. Add dressing and toss.
Note: A little bit of this dressing goes a long way! We toss the dressing with the salad instead of serving on the side. Using this technique in our cooking schools allows us to serve 10 people a side salad.
