Crispy Balsamic Onions Baked with Olive Oil, Salt and Pepper

Ingredients:

  • 1 large onion, peeled
  • 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp. olive oil Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:

  1. Place onion on piece of foil. Sprinkle with vinegar, oil, pepper and dash of salt. 
  2. Bake in 350 degree oven until crispy, approximately 30 minutes.
