Crispy Balsamic Onions Baked with Olive Oil, Salt and Pepper

Ingredients:

1 large onion, peeled

2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar

1 tsp. olive oil Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:

Place onion on piece of foil. Sprinkle with vinegar, oil, pepper and dash of salt.

Bake in 350 degree oven until crispy, approximately 30 minutes.
