Healthy, Tangy and Light Classic Coleslaw with a Twist Recipe

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

  • 16 oz bag shredded of cabbage with carrots
  • 1 can drained pineapple tidbits

Dressing:

  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 cup skim milk
  • 1/4 cup low fat buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup nonfat mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Whisk dressing ingredients together until well mixed. 
  2. Add cabbage and pineapple and refrigerate until ready to serve.
