Healthy, Tangy and Light Classic Coleslaw with a Twist Recipe

Ingredients:

16 oz bag shredded of cabbage with carrots

1 can drained pineapple tidbits
Dressing:

1/3 cup sugar

1/2 tsp salt

1/8 tsp pepper

1/4 cup skim milk

1/4 cup low fat buttermilk

1/2 cup nonfat mayonnaise

1 1/2 Tbsp. cider vinegar

2 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions:

Whisk dressing ingredients together until well mixed.

Add cabbage and pineapple and refrigerate until ready to serve.
