Easy Grilled Asparagus with Balsamic Vinegar and Fresh Herbs

Ingredients:
- 1 ½ lb. fresh asparagus, trimmed
- 2 Tbsp. balsamic or red wine vinegar (optional)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- Freshly ground pepper
- Fresh herbs for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat grill. Snap off tough ends of asparagus or trim with a knife.
- Brush asparagus with oil and vinegar.
- Arrange asparagus in grill basket or perpendicular to the grates.
- Grill three minutes, turn and cook three more minutes or until asparagus is crisp-tender, being careful not to burn.
- Sprinkle with favorite fresh herbs.
