Simple Beefsteak Tomato Bake with Feta, Parmesan and Basil

2 beef steak tomatoes cut into 4 slices each
1 tsp. Borsari Citrus Salt (or any seasoned salt you prefer)
3 Tbsp. Feta cheese, crumbled
3 Tbsp. Parmesan Reggiano, grated
Fresh black pepper to taste
1/4 Cup fresh basil, chopped fine
Preheat oven to 425°F. Cover cookie sheet with foil or parchment paper.
Place sliced tomatoes on cookie sheet.
Dress tomatoes with Borsari salt and cheeses, evenly distributed atop each tomato.
Top with fresh ground black pepper.
Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and garnish with finely chopped fresh basil.
