Fiber Blast Orange Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe medium banana
  • 1 cup vanilla nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/4 cup wheat germ
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup water 
  • 1 cup sliced frozen or fresh peaches

Directions:

  1. Cut banana into chunks.
  2. Add water, orange juice, banana, wheat germ, yogurt and peaches in a blender.
  3. Add ice cubes.
  4. Blend until smooth.
  5. Serve immediately in tall glass.
