- 3 cups freshly-squeezed orange juice
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 2 cups sparkling mineral water
- Ice cubes, as desired
- Puree frozen strawberries in food processor.
- Mix with orange juice and freeze until just firm.
- Before serving, add mineral water and pour over ice cubes.
