Ingredients:

  • 2 lb. pork tenderloin
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1/2 med. onion, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp. basil
  • 1 1/2 tsp. parsley
  • 3 Tbsp. light soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil

Directions:

  1. Combine and process all ingredients except tenderloin in a food processor or blender until well mixed.
  2. Pour over tenderloin; marinate and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
  3. Remove the meat from the marinade, reserving about 3/4 cup of the marinade. Bring reserved marinade to a boil in a saucepan for 60 seconds.
  4. Grill tenderloin over hot coals or gas grill, low to medium heat, for 15 to 20 minutes, rotating meat every three to four minutes and basting with the reserved marinade.
  5. Let the meat rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
