Registered Dietitian Nutritionist
Mary Wilson is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist at Cooper Clinic. Prior to joining Cooper Clinic, she worked in the Department of Education and Research at GI Alliance in Dallas where she developed and managed diet therapy for patients with digestive diseases.
Mary received her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Science from Texas A&M University and interned at Aramark. While at Texas A&M she was president of the Nutrition and Dietetics Association and Legislative Liaison for the Southeast Region of the Texas Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. During her internship, she completed more than 1,200 hours of supervised practice in food service and clinical nutrition at United Regional Hospital in Wichita Falls, Texas, along with community nutrition practice through Women, Infants and Children of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Mary is passionate about helping patients improve their health outcomes through diet. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, challenging herself to learn new things, music and art and being outdoors as much as possible.
