Cooper Weight Loss is a comprehensive, clinically-sound program like no other. Led by experts at Cooper Aerobics, the program is customized with you and for you.

The three-month program includes:

  • Resting metabolic rate (RMR) test
  • Body fat percentage analysis
  • Lab work (pre- and post-program blood work)
  • Consultation with a Behavior Change Counselor
  • One-on-one coaching sessions with a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist
  • Choice of personal training or Female Focus small group strength-training circuit classes with a complimentary three-month Cooper Fitness Center membership
  • Email support and periodic text messages
  • Cooking demonstration and meal planning workshop (minimum 10 people)
