Changing The World's Exercise Habits Book Signing

Meet Roger Reynolds, longtime Cooper Fitness Center member and former instructor at The Cooper Institute, and pick up a signed copy of his book, Changing The World's Exercise Habits: A History of Dr. Kenneth Cooper's Fitness Missionaries.

  • Monday, January 8: 9 a.m.-noon
  • Tuesday, January 9: 11 a.m.-1 p.m.
  • Wednesday, January 10: 3-6 p.m.

The memoir contains the reflections of Roger and colleagues Tom Collingwood and John Poteet, telling of their personal experiences in the many projects and services they were involved in during their 35 years at The Cooper Institute.

The book will be available for purchase at the Service Desk for $10. Proceeds benefit The Cooper Institute 501(c)(3).
