Our certified Pilates instructors offer training to fit your needs and goals. Through exercises focused on the core muscles that help provide balance to the body and support the spine, Pilates can:

  • Improve your strength, flexibility and agility
  • Increase your mind and body awareness
  • Restore your postural alignment

Private Pilates Sessions (1-4 people max. per session)
These customized training programs led by certified Pilates instructors include exercises on Pilates equipment such as the Reformer, Cadillac and Chair as well as matwork exercises on the floor. Specialized pre-natal Pilates sessions are also offered. Private, duo, trio and quartet sessions are available.

Small Group Pilates Classes (4 people max. per class)
Can't commit to weekly private Pilates sessions? In Cooper Fitness Center’s Small Group Pilates Classes, get all the benefits of Pilates training without the commitment. Reformer and Tower Classes are offered. Each workout varies by class.
