Cinnamon Bread French Toast with Vanilla and Brown Sugar

Ingredients:
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 egg whites
- 1/16 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 tsp. brown sugar
- Cinnamon to taste
- 3 slices cinnamon bread
Directions:
- Combine first six ingredients and beat well.
- Pour mixture into baking dish and add bread. Coat bread with mixture.
- Spray teflon skillet with Pam. Add bread and cook over medium heat until golden brown.
