Baked Apples






  • 1 small baking apple
  • 2 oz. of diet soda or orange juice
  • Dash of cinnamon


  1. Wash and core the apple(s).
  2. Pare a strip of peeling from the top of each apple and discard.
  3. Place the apple(s) in a baking dish, pour soda or juice over the apple(s).
  4. Sprinkle the top of the apple with cinnamon.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
